McHale, the current Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, spoke at Harvard last September.Meanwhile, the Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister's misadventure in publicly scolding Turkey's ambassador to Israel, in front of a bank of TV cameras, is covered in this wire service piece.
